Celerant Technology, a leader in retail software and eCommerce solutions, has announced the expansion of its partnership with ANT USA. The new functionality enables independent SMB retailers to plan sales and manage purchasing budgets. The OTB software is user-friendly and straightforward to navigate. The flexibility of the RetailOptia software reflects the partnership between Celerant and ANT USA, both aiming to provide retail technology solutions designed to facilitate the growth of retail businesses.
New Customer, Alterra Mountain Company
For today’s news, I am happy to announce that we are implementing Buyers Toolbox AP for Merchandise Planning and Open To Buy at Alterra Mountain Company. Alterra is a premier snow and year-round hospitality operation, running such iconic properties as Stratton, Sugarbush, Mammoth Mountain, Tremblant, Palisades Tahoe and a dozen more to boot. If you are into winter mountain sports, you will probably end up skiing (and shopping!) at an Alterra mountain.
Planning a Hospitality retailer is inherently more challenging than planning “the usual” retain chain or ecomm. Not only do you have multiple channels, a highly seasonal product assortment and a ton of vendors to worry about, but every property is unique, requiring detailed location planning married to both centralized and local Open To Buy.
This implementation is being carried out in collaboration with Mi9 Retail, leveraging the Mi9 Merchant architecture, best-in-class BI functionality and a pre-built data interface.
